The creator, blogger & simulator of this fictional madness featuring 36 teams with each roster having 5 players each from 1967-68, 1992-93 & 2017-18 (Next season will be 69', 94' & 2019).

This project involves the computer game from Dave Koch Sports - Action PC Basketball. The UBL will coincide with the similar baseball project of AGBA Baseball (APBA Galaxy Baseball Association) which will be done with APBA Baseball cards featuring players from 1968, 1993 & 2018).

Keep an eye out for the UFL (United Football League) which will feature players from... you guessed it, 1968, 1993 & 2018.

Baier also was the creator of the Boys of Summer Blog, creator & former commissioner of the Boys of Summer APBA League, and winner of the Greater Michigan APBA Baseball Tournament II -- in which he championed the 1993 Atlanta Braves in a face-to-face APBA Baseball Tournament sporting a 11-2 record. Atlanta's 11 wins set during 2015 still holds as the tournament record for most wins.
